Refund policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to decide whether you want to return an item. However, we allow returns as long as they comply with our return guidelines.

• After 30 days, it is no longer possible to request a return.
• Products must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
• We offer refunds through the original payment method used to place the order.
• Keep all labels and tags attached to the item - Check the return guidelines in our FAQ!
• Use a box or sturdy packaging for the item.
• Place the return label that you receive in the return portal clearly visible on the box.
